What to expect...

Every experience is bespoke to visitors needs and your time with us will not be shared with other guests. We provide one trekking experience a day to ensure the quality and quantity of your time spent with these quaint, inquisitive creatures are our priority. During your experience, we'll be there at all times for a good old natter (some of us natter more than others), whilst basking in the countryside air, embracing the breathtaking views of the beautiful Conwy and Denbighshire Countryside. Our Alpacas tend to do most of the work introducing themselves with their calming nature and quirky personalities. 

 

Your alpaca experience will begin with an introduction to our human and our fluffy members of the family, followed by a short safety briefing to keep you and our Alpacas safe and happy. Bonding time is important as they want to get to know you too, this will usually involve little treats for them (yes- they get spoilt quite often on the farm!)

Whether you decide to chill and sit with the Alpacas, or go for Alpaca walks across our farmland, along the river Hyrdd, each experience will be private, you can decide on your preferred route, (dry land, or refreshing splash in the river!)

Once the walk has finished, we'll then release the Alpacas back to the field for a run around where they will graze and mingle with the rest of the herd. Some may prefer to stay with you for more attention, to sit next to you, to murmur and have a well deserved rest.

 

There will be copious opportunities to capture photos of your special moment to share with family and friends. Not to worry if you forget your camera as we will become your personal photographer too, our Alpacas are not at all camera shy!
